Cory Ross Dalmata is a seasoned attorney primarily focusing on plaintiff’s personal injury cases. As a prominent figure in the legal community, he brings a wealth of experience and a passion for seeking justice for his clients.
Cory Dalmata was born and raised in Fulton County, New York, where he and his family still reside, and heads our Johnstown office. He is a graduate of St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York, and Lewis and Clark College’s School of Law in Portland Oregon.
Cory is not only a distinguished attorney but a leader in the legal community. He is a past president of the Schenectady County Bar Association and continues to be a board member.
Prior to co-founding Dalmata, Maloy & Burke, LLP, he was a founding partner of DeLorenzo, Grasso & Dalmata, LLP. With a primary focus on plaintiff’s personal injury cases, Cory has successfully represented numerous clients in their pursuit of justice. His dedication to ensuring fair compensation for those who have suffered harm sets him apart in the legal landscape. He has obtained numerous multimillion-dollar recoveries on behalf of his clients. When he is not practicing law Cory can often be found hiking, skiing, biking, or boating in the Adirondacks or coaching youth sports for his children.
